After saving, the run plan appears on the Manage Runs screen in the run plan
list with the name you specified.
After selecting the run plan and loading the sequencer, the run is started on the
sequencer screen.
Create a run plan for a library run
Before creating a run plan for a library run (libraries to results), you must enter
sample information and add a library batch in Genexus
™
Software. For more
information, see “Prepare a library batch“ on page 50.
Library run planning is organized into four steps: Setup, Assays, Library Batches,
and Review. Progress through the steps is tracked in the upper left corner of the Runs
> Run Plan screen.
