Interlocks
The interlocks pane displays possible errors at main components of the
instrument.
If you are not able to satisfy the interlocks following the procedures
described below, contact the Qtegra Administrator for further
troubleshooting.
Door Lock
The Door Lock interlock indicates that the plasma door of the
instrument is not firmly shut.

To reset the Door Lock interlock
1. Make sure that the plasma door is closed and firmly secured.
2. If required, open and close the door again.
Interface Temperature
The Interface Temperature interlock indicates that the temperature of
the interface exceeds 50° C or has not been below 40°C after exceeding
50°C. Also see the readback value of the interface temperature in the
Plasma pane, see
The interlock may also be set when the temperature sensor is not
connected or damaged.

To reset the Interface Temperature interlock
1. Check the interlocks Low Water Flow and Water Valve Closed.
2. Make sure that the water cooler is switched on.
3. Make sure the water cooling lines are properly connected.
Low Water Flow
The Low Water Flow interlock indicates that the cooling water flow is
below a specified threshold. Also see the readback value of the cooling
water flow in the Plasma pane, see

To reset the Low Water Flow interlock
1. Make sure that the water cooler is switched on.
2. Make sure that the water cooling lines are properly connected.
