Replacement Parts
This chapter provides information about service, repair, and replacement parts for
your Model 60-12 Speed Sensor. It includes the telephone numbers for various
departments at
Thermo Fisher Scientific . The procedure for ordering replacement
parts, a Return Material Authorization form on page 3, and the parts list for the 60-12
Speed Sensor is included in this chapter.

Minnesota. Products that need system checkout or repair can be returned to the
plant with the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. Contact our Repair and
