Pressure Board Calibration

Use the following procedure to calibrate the pressure board assembly.
Equipment Required:
Manometer
1. From the Main Menu, choose Service > Pres/Vacuum Calibration >
Baro Pres . Adjust the barometer pressure span by entering the actual
barometric pressure value.
Note
If Service Mode is not displayed, refer to “ Accessing the Service
Mode ” on page 7-4 , then return to the beginning of this step.

2. Return to the Pres/Vacuum Calibration, choose Vac/Flow >
Flow
Pres Span . Calibrate the flow pressure span according to the
following:
a. Place digital manometer on bench.
b. Turn on manometer and allow to self calibrate.
Do not move
manometer while self-calibrating.
c. After zeroing the digital manometer, calibrate Channel A firstly,
connect the “+” side of the manometer to the +ΔPA port on the
rear panel.
d. Connect the “–” side of the manometer to the -ΔPA port on the
rear panel.
e. Open both +ΔPA and –ΔPA toggle valves to open flow through
the manometer.
f. Cal Flow Pres Span by entering the actual value read by the
manometer.
g. Press to save value.
h. Turn off the manometer; this meter does not have an automatic
turn off feature.
3. Return to the Pres/Vacuum Calibration, choose Vac/Flow > Vac
Pres Span
. Calibrate the vacuum pressure span according to the
following:
a. Use an acceptable vacuum manometer. If using a blue Druck
manometer, place blue manometer on bench.
b. Turn on manometer and let manometer self calibrate. Do not
move
manometer while self-calibrating.
c. Connect the “+” side of the manometer to the +ΔPA port on the
rear panel.
d. Open +ΔPA toggle valve to open flow through the manometer.
-ΔPA toggle valve is on OFF position.
