REMOVING THE SEALED BURNER ( ACQUAHOME 32 BS )
Proceed as follows to remove the burner:
- Close the fuel shut-off cocks
- Disconnect the connectors (1);
- Disconnect the air inlet pipe (2);

- Unscrew the fixing nut (3) and remove the burner
- Pull the burner (4) out, taking care not to damage it

- Place the burner in an upright position.
Reverse the above steps to reassemble.
REMOVING THE BLAST TUBE
Proceed as follows to remove the blast tube:
- Remove the screws (1) and remove the blast tube.

With the blast tube removed, check its front edge to
make sure that it is smooth, free from deposits, burns
and dents.
Reverse the above steps to reassemble.
REPLACING THE NOZZLE
ACQUAHOME 32 B - 32 BS
Nozzle type 0.65 80°S Danfoss
Remove the blast tube then proceed as follows:
- Loosen the screws (2) and disconnect the high voltage
cable (3)
- Remove the electrode holder (4)
- Clean the electrodes without removing the clamp
- Hold the nozzle holder (5) steady with one wrench while
using a second wrench to remove the nozzle (6)
