36 NOVA OPERATION

BASS STEP SLOW

If the Bass mode LED is On (Bass Slow), each bass beat of the music

steps the Chase

to the next step. The Up and Down fade

time of each step can be changed by moving the Speed Master within the range of

10 seconds up to 114 BPM

(a fade time of

nearly half a second). Chase direction is automatically reversed every 8 music beats.

Snap

Up fade times are instant (up=0). Down fade times are the same as the Speed Master setting (dn=t).

Fade

Up fade times are the same as the speed setting (up=t). Down fade times are twice the speed setting (dn=2t).

Comet

Up fade times are the same as the speed setting (up=t). Down fade times are four times the speed setting (dn=4t). Note

that if the Speed Master is set to longer than<N>4 seconds the Comet Down fade time reverts to the same time as the
Speed Master (dn=t).
