5 Current Limit

available in multiple variants which collectively allow both of these behavior options. In the case that the
device remains enabled (and limits I

), the thermal shutdown or energy limit protection feature may be
triggered due to the high amount of power dissipation in the device.
6 Current Sense
High-accuracy current sensing allows real-time monitoring and more diagnostics without further
calibration. A current mirror is used to source a 1/4600 of the load current on SNS pin. The 1-k
