1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 Sunny Islands
can be operated in grid-parallel mode.
If more than one Sunny Island is connected to the battery, a battery fuse unit
(Bat breaker)
must be connected between the Sunny
Islands and the battery. This distributes the power across the Sunny Islands via fuses. In a Cluster of three Sunny Islands, one Sunny
Island functions as the
Master
that controls the other two Sunny Islands functioning as
Slaves
.

Energy expansion by TESVOLT storage system
Battery capacity can be expanded in 4.8 kWh increments as required. Each APU can control up to 16 battery modules. If the capacity per
cluster exceeds 76.8 kWh, a further APU is required, which can control up to 16 additional battery modules. Up to 4 APUs per cluster may be
connected in parallel using the master/slave principle.
