7.6 Standard Operation via Radio Remote
Before operating the machine, ensure to read and understand the operators manual.
Before, starting the engine ensure that all conveyor belts are sufficiently tensioned.
Before loading material onto the hopper, the entire machine must be running.
When all components of the machine have been put into operation, allow the machine to run
empty for a short period of time to check for abnormal noises, vibration or excessive heat from
the shaft bearings, fluid leaks, etc.
NOTICE
The crusher ignition switch has two positions. To start the crusher correctly, push the lever upwards.
If you move the lever downwards, this will enable the crusher in the opposite direction to that
required for work. This command is used should the crusher become blocked (see instructions
further on). TO START THE CRUSHER CORRECTLY, ALWAYS PUSH THE LEVER UPWARDS.
The machine must be started in the correct sequence. Failure to do so may cause damage to
the machine that will not be covered by warranty.
The correct sequence is:
• Start Engine
• Start Extraction Belt
• Start Jaw Chamber
• Magnetic Belt (If Fitted)
• Start Vibrating Drawer.
PROCEDURE
1. Observe all safety warnings.
2. Start the engine.
3. On the Radio Remote press the Extractor Belt start Button (Item 1).

4. On the radio remote press the chamber start button (Item 1) forward. This will start the
chamber. Ensure not to pull the switch towards you, this runs the chamber in reverse and
must only be used when unblocking the chamber.
