FAQ 

Q: How to find out port number when using Windows XP operating system? 

 

              1. Right click on My Computer; 

2. Select Properties; 

3. Select Hardware; 

4. Select Device Manager; 

5. Locate GH4200 port name in Ports tab. Port number will be displayed in the brackets. 

Q: How to take log file?  

 

Download Terminal software from here: 

http://avl1.teltonika.lt/downloads/GH4000/Software/Terminal

 . 

1. Plug GH4200 USB cable to computer and connect to Terminal; 

2. Press Log -> Start logging and choose folder where to save file; 

3. Enter these commands one by one: 

#GH+psw=0000 

#get:ver 

#GET:IMEI 

#STATUS 

#GET:BAT 

#DIR 

crash_log_print 

#get:cfg1 

#debug=1  

4. Wait for at least 30 minutes and after that enter this command: 

#debug=0 

5. Then stop logging file (Log -> stop logging); 

6. Please, send that file to Support for further investigation of Your issue; 

Q: Where to get newest GH4200 configurator Track Assistant and drivers? 

 

GH4200 drivers are installed during Track Assistant's installation. Newest Track Assistant can be downloaded from here:
