3.5.3. Disable Menu
This a submenu to enabling/disabling the earth fault, battery high resistance indication and internal buzzer signalization.
Enter PANEL - DISABLE menu.
By default, the BATTERY HIGH RESISTANCE is Disabled
and INTERNAL BUZZER is Enabled.
Every pressing of the Enable/Disable button will change
the state. Confirm the new setting pressing the APPLY
button on the top of the screen.
To return to Panel Menus, press EXIT button.
ATTENTION:
The indication for “Battery High
Resistance” must be enabled for conformity with
EN 54-4 standard!
NOTE: At the initial power-up of the panel the indication
for “Battery High Resistance” is disabled and must be
enabled from the installer.
IMPORTANT:
Every time after full restart of the panel
(main and back-up power supplies are turned off and
switched on again) the indication for BATTERY HIGH
RESISTANCE is disabled and must be enabled from the
installer.
Also, the Enabled state of the internal buzzer will be
restored every time after switching off the mains power
supply of the panel.
3.5.4. Sounders Mode
This a submenu, where the Installer has a possibility to set a group of parameters common for all sounders in the
system. Enter PANEL
– SOUNDERS MODE menu. The settings are distributed in separate screens.
Press MORE button to move to the next screens with settings. Press APPLY button to save all introduced changes.
Fields description and available settings at SOUNDERS MODE submenu:
Sounders Mode
Set the sounders operation mode. Every pressing of the active button changes the state
Common/Zonal.
COMMON
- All sounders will be activated with no sense of zone to which they are attached.
ZONAL
- Only the sounders of the zone(s) with alarm condition will be activated.
Resound Alarm
The field is active in both ZONAL and COMMON operation modes.
DISABLED -
The silenced sounders will not be activated again in case of second Alarm
event, and they can be activated manual only.
ENABLED
- The silenced sounders will be activated automatically in case of new Alarm
event.
Alarm Tone
Set the alarm type sound. Use the arrow buttons to select a number from 1 to 32 for the
alarm sound - the reference parameters for the selected sound are listed in the description
field. 27* alarm tone sound is set by default.
Evacuation Tone
Set the evacuation type sound. Use the arrow buttons to select a number from 1 to 32 for
the evacuation sound
– the reference parameters for the selected sound are listed in the
description field. 27* alarm tone sound is set by default.
Class Change Tone
Set the class change type sound. This is the sound for class change output (Action type).
Use the arrow buttons to select a number from 1 to 32 for the class change sound
– the
reference parameters for the selected sound are listed in the description field. 11* alarm
tone sound is set by default.
Note: For all panels in network with enabled repeating
sounder’s function, the class change
sounding shall also be repeated. Network panels will activate class change with the tone
which is set in their own menu.
