Troubleshooting
Transmitter
Verify that a camera is plugged into one of the camera input connectors.
Verify that the Power LED is illuminated.
Verify that the connected Modem is correctly configured.
CRU
Verify that the Power LED is illuminated.
Verify that the Transmitter is properly connected.
Verify that a camera is plugged into one of the camera input connectors.
Receiver
Verify that the modem is correctly connected and configured.
Verify that the computer has enough memory and hard disk space.
Verify that the telephone cable is properly installed.
Modem
Verify that the Power LED is illuminated.
Verify that the modem cable is correctly connected.
Verify the ISDN modem has been properly configured for the line.
Alarms
Verify that the correct type detector has been installed.
Verify that the correct terminals have been used for the type detector.
Verify that the alarm setup screen in the software has been configured.
Relays
Verify that the correct type relay has been installed.
Verify that the correct terminals have been used for the relay type.
Verify that the correct relay is being toggled in the software.
Audio
Verify that the Receiver audio setup in Windows has been properly configured.
Verify that the Transmitter jacks have been properly wired.
Verify that any amplifiers are powered-on and properly working.
