Chapter 3 – Using Wayfinder Tools
Using the Wayfinder Tools app
Wayfinder Tools is the customer app for configuring, testing, and viewing data for the Wayfinder system.
Communication Settings
To connect to the Wayfinder
:
1. Start the
Wayfinder Tools
app using the desktop shortcut.
2. Apply +12 to 36VDC power (24 VDC typical) power to the system.
3. Select the
Port
the serial cable is connected to and set the
Baud rate
from the drop-down list to
115200 (default setting).
4. Click the
Connect
button. Once connected, the Dashboard tab will display.
