Sensor Commands

The following sensor commands are implemented in Sentinel V Real-Time ADCP.

Refer to the

CompassCal V

help file and the Sentinel V Operation manual for information on

calibrating the ADCP compass.

Available Sensor Commands

This section lists the available Sensor commands.

Standard Sensor Commands

AZ – Zero Pressure Sensor

Purpose

Zeros the pressure sensor.

Format

Recommended Setting. Use as needed.

Description Use the AZ command to zero the pressure sensor at the specific location where the Sentinel

V Real-Time ADCP will be used.

If the pressure sensor is not installed, using the AZ command will generate the following

error.

Err: No pressure sensor detected
