This module provides additional safety by
moving the door open function and the two
relays inside the protected area of your home.

4.1. Safety relay
– closing function, 50VDC/ 60VAC, 60W/
62,5VA, max. 2A.
Potential-free contact, needs a separate power
supply unit for the connected device.
Connection between the safety relay and the
door intercom station is enabled with four wires
that also supply power. Where power for the
open door function is supplied from the door
intercom station, we ask you to not exceed the
maximum cable length of 50m and to maintain a
minimum cable cross-section of 0.06 mm² from
door intercom station to open door function,
regardless of whether a safety relay has been
installed or not.
It is possible to extend the above mentioned
maximum cable length by using a cable with a
larger cross-section (double the cable length
with double the cross-section).
Connect the door station's terminals to the
safety relay terminals:
