5. IE Login and Track Setup Process
5.1 Connection Mode
Direct connection:
Connect the camera via a network cable to the external Internet access of the PC
Internet connection mode:
Connect the camera to the Internet via a router or network switch; users
can then log into the device using a web browser
Note: To prevent reduced video quality and unstable signal transmission,
DO NOT
put the power
and network cables in places where they can be easily touched
The computer must have the network segment the camera IP address belongs to. The camera will
not be accessible via the network if the computer is not set to the same segment (i.e. since the
camera

default IP address is 192.168.
