This document lists the characteristics and speci

cations of the TLA5000 and

TLA5000B series logic analyzers. It also includes the performance veri

cation

procedures. All references to TLA5000 also apply to TLA5000B, unless
otherwise noted. Microprocessor-related products and individual logic analyzer
probes have their own documentation for characteristics and speci

fi

cations.
