Speci fi cations
The speci fi cations in Tables 1 through 4 apply to a TDP3500 differential probe installed on a Tektronix DPO7000 oscilloscope.
When the probe is used with another oscilloscope, the oscilloscope must have an input impedance of 50 Ω and a bandwidth
of 1 GHz. The probe must have a warm-up period of at least 20 minutes and be in an environment that does not exceed the
limits described. (See Table 1.) The probe calibration and Autozero routines should be run on the host instrument before
verifying the warranted probe speci
fi cations. Speci fi cations for the TDP3500 differential probe fall into three categories:
warranted, typical, and nominal characteristics.
