Periodic software upgrades may become available. The software is only operational if you have a valid option key for the speci

To check for upgrades:

Go to the Tektronix Web site (

www.tektronix.com

).

2.

Click

Software Downloads

on left side of the screen to link to the Software Downloads Web page.

3.

Enter the product name or model number in the

Search by keyword

4.

Scroll through the list and select the appropriate link for your instrument to show more information or to download the software.
