Preventing Electrostatic Damage

Electrostatic discharge (ESD) can damage components in the instrument. To
prevent, ESD:

Do not touch exposed components or connector pins unless you are using
ESD protective measures, such as wearing a properly grounded antistatic
wrist strap.

Handle boards and modules little as possible.

Do not slide boards or modules across work surfaces.

Transport and store boards and modules in a static-protected bag or container.

Removal Procedures

NOTE.

Unless directed otherwise, installation is the reverse of the removal

procedure. Note cable routing when disassembling so that you can route the
cables correctly during assembly.

NOTE.

The instrument does not require calibration after removal and replacement

of the indicated parts.
