Grouping and Channel Assignment

DTG5078 & DTG5274 & DTG5334 Data Timing Generator User Manual 2

Assigning a Channel

Do the following steps to perform the channel assignment.

Activate the Group List in the Channel Group window.

Select the target logical channel with the Up or Down arrow key.

Activate the Channels with

TAB

key.

Select a physical channel with the Up/Down/Left/Right arrow keys.

Push

SELECT

button to complete the assignment. The physical channel name

is displayed in the CH column of the Group List, indicating that the assignment
is complete.

For the logical channel in the left of Group List, the next lower line is selected
automatically. The channel assignments can be performed in sequence by
repeating the selection of a physical channel in the right Channels.

De-assigning a Channel

You can de-assign a physical channel you selected. You can also de-assign all the
physical channels currently assigned to logical channel(s).

Activate the Group List in the Channel Group window.

To de-assign a particular channel, select the channel with the Up or Down
arrow key.

Push the front panel

MENU

button.

Select the

Edit

menu, and then select

De-assign

De-assign All

Alternatively, place the mouse pointer in the Group List table and right-click,
then select the

De-assign

De-assign All

A dialog box appears to prompt you for confirmation. Select

The channels you selected are de-assigned.
