If the Meter Does Not Turn On
Use the following steps to help solve problems encountered when turning on the Meter.
1. Verify the power switch is in the “On” position.
2. Make sure that the power cord is firmly plugged into the power module on the rear of
the Meter.
3. Make sure the power source the Meter is plugged into is energized.
4. Ensure the power line voltage of the Meter is set to the proper value for your country.
See the “Fuse Replacement” section earlier in this chapter for instructions on
changing the voltage setting.
5. Verify that the power-line fuse is good.
