Remove the lid as indicated and clean it using an
ash vacuum cleaner and a 20 mm brush.
9.3. Complete cleaning -
Technician
At least once a year, you should call a specialized
technician to carry out a complete cleaning of
your equipment, completely eliminating the ash
and other residues and all the encrustations that
are in the exchanger.
This procedure is of great importance to minimize
the effects of corrosion. Do not use liquids for
cleaning. If necessary, use a spatula or wire brush
beforehand.
In this cleaning, the technician must also include
cleaning the smoke extraction fan.
Carry out the annual cleaning of the fume fan,
being very careful not to damage the blades.
9.3.1. Chimney cleaning
Chimney cleaning should be carried out at least
twice a year at the beginning and middle of the
winter season or when necessary.
This cleaning must be carried out with an 80 mm
nylon or steel brush.

To facilitate cleaning, in particular all chimney
encrustations, you should use appropriate pellets
for cleaning at intervals.

In the horizontal sections, this is where more ash
naturally accumulates, so it is necessary to pay
special attention to the cleaning of these deposits.
Note that inadequate cleaning of the stove and
chimney will result in poor combustion and
consequent reduction in performance, dirty glass,
accumulation of scale inside the stove body with
consequences for the safety and life of the stove.
9.3.2. Door check
