The computer uses TOSHIBA’s advanced Large Scale Integration (LSI),
Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) technology
extensively to provide compact size, minimum weight, low power usage,

Slots
The slot accepts 256, 512 or 1,024 MB memory
modules, which can be installed in the two
memory slots for a maximum of 2,048 MB
system memory.
Video RAM
Maximum 64 MB of RAM is provided for video
display.
