8.3. ADJUSTING THE LONG BELT

ACHINES WITH SLOTTED PULLEY
For this operation is NOT necessary to disassemble the magnet group.

Carry out the procedures described in
paragraphs: 7.7. “Disassembling the guards”
and 7.7.4. “Swivel belt connector guard”.
You can identify the pulley (X) from
the two slots (Y), prepared to adjust
the belt, as described below.

1. Rotate the pulley (z) as indicated by the
yellow arrows, up to match the hole on the
frame with one of the slots on the pulley
(X) .
2.
Insert a 4mm hexagonal wrench to lock the
system, as indicated in the figure at the side.
Make sure that the wrench is going
out from the hole of frame, on the
opposite side, as indicated below:
