Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Remedy
The product is not turning ON
No line voltage.
Check whether there is power at the socket by plugging in another
product that you know works.
The power supply cable is damaged . Contact the Technogym Technical Support Service.
The power supply cable is not plugged in
properly.
Check the connection.
The circuit breaker is open.
Press the two buttons near the switch all the way down to ensure they
are closed.
Excessive internal noise
The product is not level. Check and level using the rear levelling foot.
Bearings are damaged. Contact the Technogym Technical Support Service.
The belt is worn. Contact the Technogym Technical Support Service.
The treadmill belt is not centred.
Adjust the treadmill belt as described in the section “Centring the
treadmill belt”.
The following is a list of problems that may occur during normal use of the product. If the remedies described do not solve the problem, contact Technical
Support for service.
