Serial/parallel port
4.8.1 Serial port RS 232
The SERIAL PORT RS 232 is used for updating the operation software and pre-
programming via PC.
4.8.2 Parallel port IEEE 1284
The PARALLEL PORT is used for data exchange via a PC with a special software.
Since there is no application for this at present the existing software does not support
this function.

Settings
Now, that you have completed the installation of your new receiver and switched it on
you can optimise the receiver to your needs, if necessary.
5.1
OSD language
This menu enables you to adjust the language used in the OSD menus. You can
choose between the languages German, English, French, Italian, Turkish,
Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, Swedish and Spanish.
To change the OSD language proceed as follows:

Call Main Menu with the MENU button.

Choose the menu line OSD Language by marking the corresponding line red with
the help of the cursor keys.

Confirm with OK.
The sub-menu OSD Language appears.

Mark the desired language with help of the cursor keys. With the buttons cursor
up/down the marker moves a line up or down, the cursor keys left/right turn to
the previous or next page.

Store adjustment by pressing the button OK.
½
Leave the menu by pressing the MENU button.
