Installation Guide

INSTALLATION OF THE AIC BRACKET ONTO THE FLOOR MOUNT SURFACE BASE

1.

To install the Cardiatek bracket onto the floor

mount, slide bottom disc towards the front of

the base.

2. Ensure that the bracket is securely locked into

the base.

5. Once inside the suface base, the Cardiatek

Bracket can rotate 360

° clockwise or counter

clockwise

.
