3.7.2 Sample Measurement

1)

Click “Start” button in the right toolbar of “Time Scan”, and the status bar of the

instrument prompts the conversion from “Ready” to “Scanning”, as shown in Figure 3-48.

Note: the “Start”, “Stop” and “Setting” buttons in the toolbar are valid, the rest are

invalid.

The data window appears after the scan, as shown in Figure 3-39. There are several

tool buttons in the toolbar above the window. The scan data area is on the right of the window

which display three data types, Data list, values of Peak and Valley. The interval of the data list
