Beschreibung
Diese Fettpresse in der industriellen Ausführung ist die Ideale Hilfe
zum Pflegen und Warten von Maschinen oder Produkten im
Landwirtschaftlichen, Industriellen oder auch privaten Bereich.
Befüllbar mit 400 g Fettkartuschen, losem Fett ( 500g ) oder
Fettfüllgerät.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Fettpresse ist ausschließlich zum Fördern von Schmierfetten
ausgelegt.
Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung gehört auch das Einhalten
der Anleitung.
Jede darüber hinausgehende Verwendung (andere Medien,
Gewaltanwendung) oder eigenmächtige Veränderung (Umbau, kein
Original- Zubehör) kann Gefahren auslösen und gilt als nicht
bestimmungsgemäß. Für Schäden, die aus nicht
bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung resultieren, haftet der Betreiber.
Description
The industrial version of this grease gun is ideal for use in the care
and maintenance of machines or products in the agricultural,
industrial, and the private sector.
Can be filled with 400 g grease cartridges, loose grease (500 g) or
grease filling device.
Intended use
The grease gun is intended exclusively for the delivery of lubricating
greases. To qualify as intended use, the instructions in the manual
must also be followed.
Any other use (other media, use of force) or unauthorized
modifications (alterations, non-original accessories) may result in
hazards and is to be seen as non-intended use. The operator shall be
held liable for all damages resulting from non-intended use.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Teile fest montiert sind, bevor
Sie die Fettpresse verwenden ( Ein Druck von 700bar / 10.000
PSI lastet auf den Bauteilen !)
Wenden Sie keine Gewalt beim Bet
ä
tigen des Pumphebels oder
der Befüllungspumpe an und überschreiten Sie niemals den
Druckbereich.
Der Panzerschlauch darf nicht geknickt, verdreht oder gedehnt
werden.
Schadhaftes Zubehör/ Bauteile mit Verschleiß sind umgehend
auszutauschen.

Verbinden Sie die Stahlerweiterung oder den Panzerschlauch
mit dem Kopf der Fettpresse. Achten Sie auf eine saubere und
feste Verbindung, damit kein Schmierfett an der
Verschraubungsstelle austreten kann. (Tipp - Teflon Band über
das Gewinde kleben für bessere Abdichtung. )

Betätigen Sie den Pumphebel. Ziehen Sie ihn immer komplett
zurück (Bei der Einhand-Hebelpresse geschieht dies
automatisch). Führen Sie gleichmäßige Pumpbewegungen
durch.
3.
Das Schmierfett wird sofort durch das Hydraulik-Mundstück
heraustreten und die Schmierstelle fetten.
4.
Falls kein Schmierfett bei Betätigung des Pumphebels austritt,
kann dies an ggf. vorhandenen Luftblasen innerhalb der
Fettpresse liegen. Bitte betätigen Sie in diesem Fall das
Entlüftungsventil mehrmals um die überschüssige Luft aus
dem Körper zu entfernen.
Operation
Ensure that all parts are firmly mounted before using the grease
gun (components are under 700 bar/10,000 PSI of pressure!)
Do not use force when actuating the pump lever or the filler
pump, and never exceed the specified pressure range.
Do not allow the armored hose to be twisted, bent, or stretched.
Defective accessories/components that show wear and tear are
to be replaced immediately.
1.
Connect the steel extension or the armored hose to the head
of the grease gun. Ensure that the connection is clean and
tight such that no grease can escape at the joint. (Tip: Cover
the joint with Teflon tape for a better seal.)
2.
Actuate the pump lever. Always pull it all the way back (this
happens automatically for the one-handed lever gun). Pump
evenly when dispensing grease.
3.
The grease is dispensed immediately via the hydraulic nipple,
and lubricates the lubrication point.
4.
If no grease appears when the pump lever is pressed, this may
be due to air bubbles present in the grease gun. In this case,
actuate the bleed valve multiple times in order to remove the
unwanted air.
