TOOL HOLDER
LOCKING SCREWS

If additional free movement of the toolpost is required, loosen the 2 Off – Tool

holder locking screws to allow rotational movement of the tool holder. Retract the

spring detent pins approx. 4 turns to disengage the ball detent from the plate nut

recess - Figure 11, once disengaged the tool holder is free to rotate.
Once at desired angle, tighten the 2 Off - tool holder screws.

4.1.3 Filter/lubricator pack controls

A gate valve on the pack is used to set the machine speed at the desired RPM

when the control valve is fully open. To set the speed proceed follow the

instructions in section 5.3.1.
For the air motor type fitted to the machine, the filter/lubricator oil regulator control

is adjusted to provide a recommended lubrication rate of 5 drops per minute at full

motor speed.
