Card does not read. No bleep from the
reader when presenting the card and
there is not a regular flash of the red
LED on the reader.
Input supply voltage incorrect or
disconnected. This may be
accompanied by an alarm condition
from the controller.

The supply voltage to the
system is within specification
All connections are correctly
made and are secure. Remake
any connection that is found
to be unsatisfactory.
Card does not read. No bleep from the

Check that SOLOgarde cards are
being used with the system.
