Tax report
The Tax Report provides the sum of sales taxes collected for a given time period. The report includes taxable
sales, refunds and the net tax collected. The report will display the following information:
Headings
Description
Tax Name
This is the tax amount collected and split into the following headings: HST,
GST, PST, and QST.
Rate
This is the tax rate (percentage) charged.
Taxable Sales
This is the number of sales that collected tax.
Sales Tax Collected
This is the amount of tax that was collected.
Taxable Refunds:
This is the number of refunds that collected tax.
Tax Refunded
This is the amount of tax that was refunded.
Net Tax Collected
This is the net amount of tax that was collected. This is calculated by
subtracting Sales Tax Collected from Tax Refunded.
Statements
View merchant statements
Need to find a past statement? The past 25 months of statements are available from the Merchant Portal.
Review your historical processing volumes and fees by clicking on the row of a particular statement to see more details.
Download a statement
If you wish to save a copy of a merchant statement, you can download a PDF copy on the Merchant Statement
screen. To download a statement:

On the Merchant Portal: Click

Select the statement you would like to download.
3.
Click on the
row
of the statement to view the details.
4.
Click
Download
