Declaration of incorporation of the manufacturer

For the installation of an incomplete machine in the sense of the EC directives

Machinery 2006/42/EC, Annex II, Part 1, Section B

We hereby declare that the partly completed machinery described below complies - as

far as is possible from the scope of delivery - with the essential requirements of the EC

Machinery Directive listed in the Annex.

Commissioning of the partly completed machinery is prohibited until the partly

completed machinery has been incorporated into a machine and the latter complies with

the provisions of the EC Machinery Directive and the EC Declaration of Conformity

according to Annex II A is available.

Furthermore, we declare that the special technical documentation for this partly

completed machinery has been drawn up in accordance with Annex VII Part B and we

undertake to submit it to the market surveillance authorities via our documentation

department on request.
