Removing of drive unit

Picture 75: Drive unit

•

Position a piece of wood in front and behind the front steering

wheel to ensure that the machine does not move.

Remarks

For easier access remove the squeegee.

•

Remove the drive wheel LH and RH according to chapter

REMOVING OF DRIVE WHEEL.

•

Remove the rotary encoder according to chapter REMOVING OF

ENCODER.

Remarks

If you only remove the rotary encoder then you do not have to thread

out the cable to the electronics.

•

Disconnect the wires of the drive unit compl (4131237) from the

connection block (4108420).

•

Disconnect the connector of the brake.

•

Remove the 4 hexagon screws (4006060) from the chassis

(4131386) on the LH side.

•

Remove the 4 hexagon screws (4006060) from the chassis

(4131386) on the RH side.
