STEP TWO
STEP FOUR
Place radius bar on the ground in the desired location.
Note: The end of the radius bar with the larger peg will be
the end on which the sweep gate will hinge.
STEP THREE
Ensure tubing on sweep gate arch has not been
compromised during shipping. Remove any “dimples”
that may keep tube from sleeving over peg.
Slide the sweep gate arch (which contains the sweep gate)
over the larger peg on the radius bar.
**Remove the attachment rods from
hinge side of sweep gate arch and
set aside for later use.
STEP FIVE
Attach one of the curved panels to the sweep gate arch.
**Attachment rods are to be used to attach a squeeze chute, palpation cage, or additional alley panels.
STEP SIX
Slide the second curved panel over the small peg on the radius bar and attach it to the 1st curved panel.
