Call Back ring return —
Select the number of rings that the TalkSwitch
unit should wait when performing a call back before hanging up. Choices
range from

If being used with another PBX
— If the TalkSwitch system is used as an
auto attendant for another PBX, set the
PBX extension length
to the
number of digits the PBX uses for its extensions. This allows the
TalkSwitch unit to know which digits to pass on to the PBX to complete a
transfer. Choices range from
not used
to
7 digits
.

Intercom Calls —
Select the
Intercom calls follow Cascade settings
check
box to have an intercom call use the other local extension’s call cascade.

Fax Over IP —
Select the
Automatically detect and switch to G.711 for Fax
Over IP
check box to have the TalkSwitch unit detect fax over IP and
then switch to G.711.
7.
Internal clock setting —
Select the
Obtain time from telephone line Caller
ID information
check box to have the TalkSwitch unit update its internal
clock using the timestamp within Caller ID. This is selected by default if
any telephone lines are configured with the Caller ID service. If it is not
selected, set the time using the
Adjust Date/Time
window.

Internal Caller ID options
— Select the Caller ID information that should
appear during an intercom call between local extensions. Choices are:

name and number
— Shows the user’s name and extension number.

— Shows the user’s extension number.

Audio Output Options
— Select the audio routed to the PA jack. Choices
