Unable to access the
Communications
Module

’s Web GUI

The IP address being used in the Web browser is incorrect.
Connect the serial console and check the WEBS-PA-1

’s IP

address.

IP address of the Communications Module is conflicting with
another network device. Reassign a new IP address to the
WEBS-PA-1.

The Communications Module

’s Web server is not responding.

Reboot the Communications Module.

Unable to login to
the Communications
Module’s Web GUI

’s database is corrupt. Reset to

factory default settings using the

Reset

button (Refer to 7.4
