Closing the display cover

To close the display cover:

1.

Gently pull the cover forward and down.

2.

Carefully press the top of the cover down toward the key-
board until the case latch “clicks” into its closed position.

If the cover is closed while the COMET is still running,
the LCD goes to sleep.

Special notes in display resolution

1. If you log in to your account on a COMET15 with
1400x1050 resolution and then log in to a Sun Ray with
1024x768 resolution without logging out on the
COMET15, the Sun Ray will have an oversized desktop
image and you will be able to pan to see the whole desk-
top. To reset the resolution to fit the Sun Ray, log out and
log back in to your account.

2. If you log in to a 1024x768 Sun Ray and then log in
to a 1400x1050 COMET15 without logging out in
between, the desktop will be displayed 1024x768 in the
top left corner of the COMET15 display. To reset the res-
olution to fit the COMET15, log out and log back in to
your account.
