The PS19 DC-D can supply either 20Hz or 25Hz ringing frequency by configuring 

Jumper J3 located on the left side card panel, see 

Figure 7-5

. This jumper is configured 

by the manufacturer according to local requirements. However, it can be configured at 

the field. The procedure is as follows:

material with the component side facing upwards, as described in 

page 7-27,
