Place the cutting machine on a flat surface to prevent instability
6.
Zero-voltage release: if the machine's power supply is interrupted for any reason, then the machine must switch
off automatically.
5.9.
Starting the tool (Fig. 10)
Before starting the stone cutting machine, pay attention to working instructions
7.1 and 7.2.
1.
Insert the mains plug into a socket with safety contact. If an extension cable
is required, please note that with an extension length of up to 20m, a cable
with a cross section of 1.5mm² must be used.
2.
Always check the functionality of the PRCD safety switch as described in
chapter 5.8 before switching on the tool.
3.
For starting the tool, press the green button marked with
“I / ON". (Abb. 10)
4.
For stopping the tool, press the red button marked with
“O /Off”. (Abb. 10)
During the cutting process, only place the workpiece on the work surface.
Never reach your hands into the area near the diamond blade during the cutting process.
Always place the workpiece up against its longitudinal and transverse stops..
5.
Execute a straight cut (90°). Adjust the depth limiting set screw (Fig. 12 / No.1) until the diamond blade reaches
approx. 5 mm below the work surface of the sled. Hold the cutting unit in this position and now turn the stop screw
for height limitation (Fig. 12 / No. 2) until the unit is secured in this position. Retract the work sled completely and
set the stop angle to reflect the desired cut length. Position the workpiece to be cut at the back of the sled and
flush with the lateral angle guide, then move the sled slowly and evenly towards to diamond blade. Avoid
overloading the drive motor by feeding the workpiece into the blade too quickly.
6.
Executing a diagonal cut: Follow the same cuts as for a straight cut but preset the corresponding angle on the.
7.
Executing 45° mitre cuts: See chapter 7.2. and Fig.13. Otherwise follow the same steps as for the straight cut.
