Connection of HDMI devices *
Connect source devices such as a BluRay player or game console to the HDMI inputs (IN 1 and IN 2). At the
„OUT“ socket, the picture signals of the two input sockets „IN1“ and „IN2“ are available for transmission
to a television.

At the HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 inputs, the HA 200 accepts digital PCM coded stereo signals with sampling rates of
44.1 ... 384 kHz and DSD data with a sampling rate of DSD64
If your TV set features the ARC function, the TV sound can be played back via the HA 200.
Connecting a Computer
The HA 200 can be used with MAC and Windows operating systems for audio playback. To do this, connect
the USB IN port of the HA 200 to a free USB port at your computer using the USB connection cable sup-
plied.

On MAC operating systems the playback of DSD streams up to DSD256 and PCM streams up to 768 kHz is
possible.
For operation on Windows operating systems the installation of a dedicated driver is required. With the driver
installed, playback of DSD streams up to DSD1024 and PCM streams up to 768 kHz is possible.
Connecting the mains cable
Connect the power cord to the HA 200‘s AC power input, then connect the device to the power supply.
To achieve maximum possible interference rejection the mains plug should be connected to the mains
socket in such a way that phase is connected to the mains socket contact marked with a dot. The phase of
the mains socket can be determined using a special meter. If you are not sure about this, please ask your
specialist dealer.

Do not connect the HA 200 and the other components to the mains until all necessary connections bet-
ween the devices have been established.
