ELECTRICAL PLANT
The electrical plant must be realized according to
the national and local laws.
The electrical plant must be adapted to the maxi-
mum power absorbed by the equipment indicated
on the plate and in this manual the wire section must
be suitable to the absorbed electrical power.
For any intervention on the electrical plant, refer to
the electrical schemes of this manual.
ATTENTION:
Make electrical connections in accordance with
the laws and regulations of the countries of de-
stination.

OPERATION
STARTING PROCEDURE
At any request of ignition of the burner, the connec-
tion is closed J9B, TA contact, or an input is coming
from the INET network controller. The electronic
board will proceed with the Following sequence:
1) Prewashing of the combustion chamber
for
the time set in the parameter
Y0
. During this
phase the burning power is at the maximum;
2) Power Boost burner ignition
, with preset power
Y2
and
Y1
for the preset time;
3) BURNER OPERATION
:
a) ON - OFF POWER FIX
enabled by
/P=0
By closing TA J9B contact
b) ON OFF TWO POWERS
enabled by
/P=1 (mini-
mum - maximum set)
1) Switch on TA in J9B = 1
st
level power
2) Switch on BT J3B = 2
nd
level power
c) MODULATION MANUAL
enabled by
/P=1
1) Switch on TA in J9B
2) Potentiometer PT on J3B = manual modula-
tion
d) MODULATION AUTOMATIC
enabled by
/P=0
1) Connect to the INET control panel
e) FROM PLC
enabled by
/P=1
1) Switch on TA at J9B
2) 0-5 V signal PLC at J3B = 2
nd
modulation
Turning off the burner:
a) With opening TA contact at J9B
b) With command from the INET control panel
Shutdowns for alarms:
c) By opening J7B contact
(over-temperature
combustion chamber)
d) With opening J9C contact
(security alarm)
SHUTDOWN PROCEDURE
The stop command involves:
a) Turning off the flame,
b) Display the message “
—
” on the screen
c) 5 seconds after turning off the burner for 2 minu-
tes, the combustion chamber will be ventilated.
The speed of the ventilation during this phase will
be the maximum attainable.
2.1.2
ALARM OPERATION AND RESET
OVER-
TEMPERATURE
ALARM (automatic reset)
The opening of the safety J7B (double thermostat),
announces the exceeding of the set limit tempera-
ture. This leads to the shutdown of the burner and
the lock status (see warnings icons on the display).
The alarm condition will cease automatically as
soon as the combustion chamber reach the correct
working condition.
ALARM STABLE (manual reset)
The alarm condition STABLE
opening J7C secu-
rity
, will lead to the shutdown of the burner and re-
porting SERIOUS WARNING (see warnings icons
on the display).
