The Warranty
The warranty period will come into force as from
the purchase date stated on the invoice.
The warranty will apply for 2 years for all parts.
In case of warranty inquiries, please contact your
dealer.
In case of request for service under warranty,
please enclose your original receipt.
Defects covered by the warranty:
Except for the defect stated below the warranty
covers any production and material defects of the
product.
Defects not covered ny the warranty:
Defects arising from accidents, misuse, normal
wear and tear, mis-maintenance, voltage
variation, overload, stoke of lightning, and
other force majeure events.
Defects arising from incorrect installation
or operation.
Defects arising from modification or attempt
of repair by a non-authorised service centre.
Defects arising form the use of non-original
spare-parts.
Other defects due to conditions or circumstances
beyond the suppliers control.
Transport costs for service are not covered
by the warranty.
The supplier is liable only to repair or replace
defective parts or products and the supplier is
not responsible for indirect losses or damages
arising from the use of the product.
A replacement cannot exceed the value of the
product under warranty.
To the extent that the enclosed conditions,
including the limitations of liabilities, are in
conflict with indispensable local regulations,
the latter shall have precedence.
CONSUMER NOTICE:
The System Fidelity product you have purchased is subject to Directive 2002/96/EC of the European
Parliament and the Council of the European Union on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
and, in jurisdictions adopting that Directive, is marked as being put on the market after August 13,
2005, and should not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste.
Please utilize your local WEEE collection facilities in the disposition of this product and otherwise observe
all applicable requirements.
