Address inverter does not exist in the command.

Command content is out of range, e.g.: when write parameters,
command parameter value are beyond limits.

Command can not be implemented.
Inverter can not perform the command, e.g.: command modifies read-
only data or parameter.

Check byte of command data frame is not correct.
