Operating the Terminal

Introduction

This chapter provides basic instructions for using and navigating the terminal.

Using the Power Button

Press the red Power button on the lower left-hand side of the terminal to turn the terminal 
on and off.

Using the Backlight Button

Press the Backlight button on the lower right-hand side of the terminal to turn the terminal 
LCD screen and keyboard lights on and off. Press once to turn the display backlight on, 
press again to turn the keyboard backlight on, and press a third time to turn both backlights 
off.
