Why does my Multi tool stop sometimes?

Excessive heat or a jammed accessory will cause the tool to shut down. Wait for it to cool down before restarting.

Why can’t I cut/sand as demonstrated?

Grip the tool firmly, the oscillations can be absorbed by your arm and wrist reducing the effective cut. Ensure the
work-piece is also securely gripped. Make sure the  cutting tool is in good condition and the variable speed is at a
suitable level.

The Multi tool won’t  start, what’s wrong?

a) clean as described in the maintenance section
b) check the power is live and correctly connected and also make sure the switch and speed control are working and
being operated correctly.

Where should I store my Multi tool?

In a dry place at a stable temperature between 10’C and 24’C (50’F and 75’F)

What should I do if my Multi tool gets wet?

Safely remove from any electrical source. Store in a dry place for at least 14 days in a warm but not hot place and
ensure there is no residual moisture before future use.
