Section 2. Assembling, Adjusting & Folding Your SWAGTRON ® EB-6 E-Bike
NOTE:
Be careful not to position your fi ngers between the latch and the stem. Doing so may result in injury.
2.1 Installing the Front Wheel
For initial assembly, you will need to ask for someone's help.
Step 1.
Have someone hold the front wheel upright on the fl oor ( fi g.1).
Step 2.
Pick up your e-bike, line up the fork with the axle at the center of the wheel, and fi t the two
together. ( fi g.1).
Step 3.
On one side of the wheel, slide 1x black spacer on the axle then add 1x nut and tighten slightly
( fi g.2). Repeat on the other side of the axle with the other black spacer and nut. Use the included
wrench to fully tighten each nut.
An extra spacer may have been included with your bike. If the front brake is dif
fi cult to adjust and/
or use, add this spacer between the front fork and wheel on the left side (left side when seated on
the bike). If this part was not included with your bike or you otherwise need a replacement, please
contact customer service.
