3.8 Comments on camera temperature

Higher case temperature is noticed. There is no need to worry because camera has been tested
at higher temperature than specified (40 °C). However some components inside like CCD, ADC,
drivers are pushed to their limits.

In order to take advantage of the speed of the “U” (Ultra

High Speed” version) it must be operated with forced air cooling. It means a gentle airflow
not causing vibrations! This will help to extend life time of the camera

Note that Warranty will be void if you don’t follow these instruction for “U”

version!

Recommended setup:

Note that a customized version with heatsink AND integrated fan is available upon request

Recommended Airflow for "U"
