2C-8 Rear Suspension:

3) Tighten the cushion rod nuts (3) to the specified

torque.

Tightening torque
Cushion rod nut (c): 78 N·m (7.8 kgf-m, 56.5 lb-
ft)

4) Install the swingarm under cover (4).

NOTE
Fit the washers to the bolts “A”.

5) Tighten the cushion lever cover bolts (5) to the

specified torque.

Tightening torque
Cushion lever cover bolt (d): 5.5 N·m (0.55 kgf-
m, 4.0 lb-ft)
